Rowan will be presenting on his experiences working within the Physical Rehabilitation Program (PRP) within the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) from where he was employed from January 2014 until his retirement in June 2022. He worked in leadership and management within PRP, but had a specific interest and roles in education in PRP within the different country contexts in which he worked before moving to ICRC headquarters in Geneva with a focus on education in PRP globally.
Immediately prior to employment within ICRC, Rowan was the Head of Department for 8 years at the National Centre for Prosthetics and Orthotics, La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia.
